Cheese curds are bite-sized chunks of cheese that have not been fully salted nor pressed into bricks of cheese. Their trademark taste is that of Mild Cheddar. Can be eaten cold or when warned in the microwave for a few seconds, they have that familiar “squeaky” texture. May be battered and deep fried.
