This reminds me of some port wine spread my mom used to get from a different store when I was little. It is on the mild side without much kick from the cheese or wine, which makes it easier to serve to a broader audience. It's also refreshing to find a big container of this instead of the usual way it is sold by other stores in a cheese ball coated with nuts...which doesn't work very well for people with nut allergies.
