We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

Because of the perishable nature of our products we do not use a service that provides shipments to P.O. Boxes. If you have an address that you're sending your package to, that is accepted. Otherwise, you will not be able to place any orders to a P.O. Box with our store.

SHIPPING DURING WARM WEATHER MONTHS:

We cannot ship to locations where the temperature is above 84 degrees. It has been our experience that even if the products are shipped overnight with ice packs, the perishable items become too warm and thus void our guarantee.

Return and Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods, inform us immediately and we will arrange for the item(s) to be returned. Upon inspecting the item(s), we will either exchange the item(s) or provide a refund via the payment method that was used to pay for the initial order.

IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT: We will only replace the product. No other exchanges can be offered.

All products returned must be carefully repacked, in their original packaging, and sent back to us via our carrier of choice. We will provide you with return information if it is determined necessary.

If applicable, we will provide a pick-up via UPS, however if you choose to send back the product on your own, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping.

Substitutions

Mars' Cheese Castle reserves the right to substitute products, if and when it is necessary. We will only substitute a product of equal or greater value than what has been ordered. This circumstance does not happen frequently because we try to provide 100% fulfillment of all orders. However, when it does, we will insure that the item we substitute will be within the same price range and flavor profile as the item you ordered.

Prices

Food products are charged at the prices shown on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of tax. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be notified and asked if you wish to continue with your order before processing.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply personally within 5 working days). It will be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
